Today I started carving the moose horn which will go on the side of my 'Mooseface Killah' cabinet. I started by glueing discarded/scrap pieces of wood together in which I added a face and edge to draw the shape. I have never carved anything before so this is a start, but I find the process hard to get my head around. I find it hard to visualise what material needs removing to leave the desired shape.
