manufacturing of Skube stool updates...

5mm holes drilled surrounding each piece of plywood and counter sunk allowing a tighter grip for the cable ties. I also made a jig to allow quality control, ensuring all holes are symmetrical to each piece. 

I then used an 18mm router bit on the over head router, to cut each slot on the lid of each 'Skube'. This was also done using a jig to ensure accuracy and allowed each one to be identical on every product. 

The batch production of the 'Skubes' will be exhibited within Sunny Bank Mill ( gallery at the end of February 2014 at the 'Ones to Watch' exhibition.
